i am getting mix answer - can anyone let me know if unifi lite is using fiber or copper and what about the connection indoor? are they using rj11?

i checked with tmpoint today and my area is surely fiber zone...the problem is i prefer your parent's configuration - fiber to cooper and use vdsl splitter...can i request that from tm?

Just had UNIFI installed at my triple storey house.  Installers says now TM not supplying the Fibre termination box (external wall) & Fibre wall socket  (internal wall) anymore...

so now I got a very long cable fr the FDP on the outside pole to my room (thru a hole) directly connected to my modem....

Looks quite scary to have one single cable connected like that... 🤤

Anyone can verify this?

Also the installers didn't do a proper job at making it tidy and seal the gapping hole! 😲

2. i dont think splitter is a must, my vdsl2 router connected directly without the splitter, in the end i didnt use or redeem that phone using rewards.. what a waste..

Just upgrade my streamyx to unifi lite, and got the first bill, and there I got extra rm40 for the hyypeTV ruby pack, is it require for unifi lite? because when i register with authorize person, it did not mention about the ruby pack to be included. Can I cancel the pack?

I just found out TM does not give any reward points to me after I paid my bill. Normally they will give 1point for RM1 payment for bill. Anyone received their reward points?

TM is really slow since I have paid my second bill now but still haven't received first bill reward points. Thank you so much for your help! 

I have applied autopay once I subsribed the Unifi for RM2 discount. Too bad my cash back credit card only got 0.2% rebate as catagorize as other payment. 

lite biz package confirmed naked.. haha.. my unifi biz @ rm 199 only internet, no everywhere, no voice.
btw anyone here sub to unifi lite biz ? may i know your ip range ?
