Before 20 June 2017, you have the following options:
1. You can keep the old number in copper for RM1 a month (call charges incur when calling out).
2. You also get a new number for Unifi. That means you will have 2 numbers.
3. You can terminate the old number and use the new Unifi number.

After 20 June 2017, you have the following options:
1. if you want to keep the old number in copper, have to pay RM25 per month (not sure if it includes free calls to TM numbers).
2. You can move the old number to Unifi.
3. Terminate the old number since Unifi provide you with a new number.

TM prefers one house to have one number only.

my unifi use new fibre cable just 2 tiang away in front of my house. my previous streamyx copper still have connect to tiang just in front of my house. my previous streamyx got problem like that for some times. but not anymore after i made report for another problem. kilat ke guruh hujan no effect.

For area without fiber optics, is it possible request to subscribe UniFi Lite using VDSL infrastructure? Since copper line (Streamyx) is actually capable to obtain 10Mbps+, can one subscribe UniFi Lite package while using Streamyx infrastructure as long as achieve 10Mbps+/- speed and 5Mbps upload speed.

Just signed up for Unifi lite RM129 without voice call...the salesman diedie say it didn't include hyppTV with the package... but somehow I saw he clicked the package with wordings '10mbps' and 'Ruby'...and there is a hpyyTV service ID ...so got hyppTV or not? Haha

Got a point there.. without the hypptv, d Unifi lite package only rm99 which is much worthy.

Luckily I don't use home line so no worried there. I was hopping d home line can be terminated to save a few bucks
