Simple. Then use another name to apply for it. Could be your mother, father, brother etc. When you manage to subscribe then terminate the exisiting one.

I heard its Rm200.

Downgrade is rm200. They dun allow downgrade to unifi lite. So only can terminate. But rm500 to terminate. It makes the savings to downgrade much lesser for one year.

If Termiante is only rm200, I also know the trick.

But now TM point and 100 said cannot downgrade.

Only option now obviously is to apply a new unifi lite which means only then terminate the existing one.

But like I said termination needs rm500 and not rm200 so the decision is not straightforward now.

Nice. Actually unifi life is the plan that Bolehland ppl really want. Because it is the only tm Fiber broadband that has other rubbish services but purely internet only. The typical unifi plan has too much rubbish bundled.

I know ur unifi life doesn't have free dect phone but does it come with the voip? Meaning do u have a telephone no tied to the unifi lite which u can make calls if u really to pay by getting a phone for it yourself?

I think one customer can have more than 1 unifi subscription at one address, I tried to do it online before no error.
