fyi, after selling off my freebies the phone costed me only RM2930 rather than the RM3300 that I paid to preorder. And if you minus the extended warranty+screen crack replacement plan, its 2930-250 = RM2680. Which is way way way way cheaper than anyone can get right now and I got to use the phone since Day1 even before official launch.

Not only that, since I preordered through Samsung stores, I got to exchange defective units till I found a good/perfect unit that im happy with. That peace of mind alone is worth the "extra" price imo, but hey what extra price am I talking about when after deducting the cost I recovered from selling the freebies I actually got it cheaper or comparable prices to  some online sellers like qoo100 and lazada..
for those of you who didn't sell the freebies then you can't complain, you got the freebies and used it. Those who buy from qoo100 and lazada dont get freebies do they. The freebies price is subjective, depending on how well you can sell it off. But just rmb the protection plan itself is worth RM250 already.

Im not the only one, another user also opened 3 sets before able to get a good unit. and MULTIPLE owners have done 1 to 1 exchange on the spot, it just so happens the next set they opened they deem it good enough. tomei-r
and dozz comes to mind. < IINM dozz is the one who exchanged 3 sets.

If you still doubt me, then go and ask the manager of Gardens whether got such person who exchange units or not la on pre-order collection day. His name is Kit.

You can check in v3 and v4, but of course you're a dupe account. 

and as i've said many times before, opening 4 sets is nothing to be proud of. Its actually embarrassing.

and if all you could gather from my long post was that im trying to boast about opening 4 sets of S8 then you completely missed my point. I stress again, I'm a STRONG advocate for owners who are unhappy with their phone to go do 1 to 1 exchange. Many have done it and succeeded. Maybe if you did not dare to ask and chose to live with it and now feeling slightly bummed out that you didnt ask for an exchange and have a not so good set so you want others to suffer with you. Yeah?

Slight red tint that annoys me so i just bring it over and ask for assistance from them, and yes, still water resistant. They did "water testing" after replace the screen.
Yeah, slight red tint issue..not much but it really annoys me.
Yeah but the red tint not that bad compared to numerous red tint pics on internet..they did mentioned about 1 to 1 exchange but no midnight black atm, so i opted for the screen change (i just love the one im having  atm  )
the indian lady is cute though..she speaks mandarin better than me hahaha
