My customers likes call me 'Blindman' *not im not really blind*

In general, the width and the height of blinds should be bigger than the window size slightly so that the windows are fully covered by the blinds.

I see from your photo, most curtain rail use wall hook instead of ceiling, is there a reason?

We can mount the track on wall or ceiling depending on client's preference. If you have pelmet done by your plaster ceiling contractor, we will normally advise client to mount the track tuck above the pelmet.
