QUOTE(nikrizal @ Jun 20 2017, 04:38 PM) My bad I also received an email regarding 1,000,000 Unifi subscriber they've achieved. Well, that'll translate to RM1 billion per month for them! At least UniFi is more useful than HyppTV.

QUOTE(nikrizal @ Jun 20 2017, 04:50 PM) They're smart enough to put hypptv as a package with unifi. Should they make it a stand alone tv package, nobody will subscribe Of course, who will subscribe to those useless channels. We have no choice to take it.

QUOTE(jiaen0509 @ Jun 20 2017, 05:33 PM) Too late... Bill date 19... next month only try~ Er, then capture in next bill lo. Any difference? QUOTE(NickyEng @ Jun 20 2017, 06:07 PM) This may sound stupid. I can't find a recent fix for Bypass Unifi block Torrent/other websites. My new apartment apparently tied with Unifi & no other ISP yet. Most of the time I download tv series & latest movies from torrent site. What's the best way (& free) to bypass Unifi blocking? Please help. Er.. I didn't know UniFi blocks.

QUOTE(veron208 @ Jun 21 2017, 11:33 AM) What a big turn off ... how about Ruby package ? Any new HK drama like AOD ? No such thing like AOD. I never bother about their HyppTV. QUOTE(Xefron @ Jun 21 2017, 11:51 AM) For all UniFi subscribers, don't forget to use your TM Reward points... Can redeem voucher to view pay per view VOD or offset your bill. Thanks for the reminder. I gotta redeem some before my points start to expire. I have 3k+ or more than that.

QUOTE(cyberian @ Jun 22 2017, 11:02 PM) just want to know, can we actually terminate the Hypptv? if no more on contract with Hypptv (12months contract) No. If can, I would have terminated 2 years ago.

QUOTE(lyc1982 @ Jun 23 2017, 10:40 AM) you can actually terminate it...by storing the hypptv box in a drawer but still pay monthly That's not "termination". I have been doing it since the day I got my UniFi by the way.

QUOTE(simmarjit @ Jun 25 2017, 12:06 PM) How does one overcome routing issues? Its TM problem, but i have been having routing issues to certain servers all week when it was alright previously. I think VPN is how you solve it.

QUOTE(westlife @ Jun 25 2017, 11:30 PM) no wonder. but as long as it does not affect the speed or causing any limitation then should be fine. Even I relocated from sebelah taman also got my BTU changed and phone no. was changed as well. Only less than 5 minutes drive away. Of course now relocated back to my sister's house which is at another state, TM also changed my BTU.

QUOTE(zwanvedder @ Jun 27 2017, 03:31 PM) wow Unifi 50 for RM159, got arrr? Got. Paying RM 149 for 10Mbps (free upgrade from 5Mbps) and TM offered to 30Mbps for RM 159 and will not have free upgrade to 50Mbps but eventually they still got it. I don't blame users, I will blame TM for offering different plans to different users.

QUOTE(lyc1982 @ Jun 28 2017, 11:02 AM) streamyx user can now opt for rm149/129 10Mbps unifi much better than the rm140 4Mbps/8Mbps I believe most of the Streamyx users stick to Streamyx is because their area has no UniFi coverage.

QUOTE(enriquelee @ Jun 28 2017, 03:12 PM) Ow...gosh! Just check my latest bill, I am paying for he following, RM 199.00 for 10mbps with a discount of RM 30.00. Means paying of RM 169.00 effectively for it. Then pay RM 1.40 for calling to maxis fixed line and RM 6.25 for calling to mobile line. Not to say the over price UNIFI. Some more I was informed call to fix lines nation wide is FOC. (Or just FOC to TM line?) OK la, still not waterfish. RM 169 for 10Mbps and I think VIP packages only give free calls to fixed lines.

QUOTE(Sting Ray @ Jul 2 2017, 12:21 PM) finally got the free upgrade to 100 Mbps yesterday. received the call from Telekom before Raya and scheduled the appointment yesterday. the whole upgrade took around 15 minutes and the speed is pretty stable around 93~94Mbps for download and 50+ Mbps for upload. 93-94Mbps is considered slow these days since most of us already got more than our upgraded speed. For example, 50Mbps we will get 52Mbps and 100Mbps is around 102Mbps. TM used to cap speed lower than its advertised speed but no longer happening since few months ago.
