How does one overcome routing issues? Its TM problem, but i have been having routing issues to certain servers all week when it was alright previously.

Just check my latest bill, I am paying for he following,
RM 199.00 for 10mbps with a discount of RM 30.00. Means paying of RM 169.00 effectively for it.

Then pay RM 1.40 for calling to maxis fixed line and RM 6.25 for calling to mobile line.

Not to say the over price UNIFI.
Some more I was informed call to fix lines nation wide is FOC. (Or just FOC to TM line?)   

finally got the free upgrade to 100 Mbps yesterday. received the call from Telekom before Raya and scheduled the appointment yesterday.

the whole upgrade took around 15 minutes and the speed is pretty stable around 93~94Mbps for download and 50+ Mbps for upload.

why tm do this to user ?
