For UniFi with VDSL through VDSL modem, which is connected to the HSBB network via Fibre To The Building from the exchange to the building.Then from the building via DSL Based FTTB-MDU to the customer premise through a copper telephone line.

Under utilized since May actually. Also not happy TM treat all 100mbps subs. Imagine my next door neighbor got RM189.00 for 100mbps. How do you explain this nonsense. To be honest, I dont mind paying even RM400.00 for 100mbps provided all pay the same amount equally.

Hi guys im moving to a new house. Whats the process for relocation? Any fees?

1. Make sure the new place is under UniFi coverage
2. Go to TM Center to check if the new place still have empty port. If no port, then you're screwed. If got port, then proceed to number 3
3. Provide all required details to TM for the relocation
