 Cons of buying top floor condo, What's the cons?

Yeah. If the roof slab, got nothing but mainly jus roof slab, so usually problems just the leaking ? How long after only can notice the leaking ? 2,3 years upon VP?

penthouse is ok
top floor is hotter & might suffer from leaking rainwater

My major concern is besides the leaking, what else.

Yes it is, try imagine going up and down the stairs for 25 floors for just 1 day assuming lift not working

Leaking.
Depend on design; u may hv water tank sound or lift vibration sound. It can get loud at night...

Nothing on top of the unit.

Water tank is at middle floor.

What else the cons?

usually 6 months after vp can notice the leaking

one more thing if all door and window not fit properly, you will face a whistling sound from the wind especially during heavy rain

how many units for penthouse per floor?

it will be nice if only your house on that floor

Talking about leaking its not as simple as you think... when leaks happen, its not something that u can just simply pay to fix it, it require the community/management to take action on these which takes time depending on the community's efficiency because the area that leaks may not belong to your ownership

not just that, even with lif is working, u got to wait for other residents each floor to until your turn
unless u have exclusive lif for urself

am viewing a project which already VP 2 yrs. brand new and the unit seems perfectly fine without water leakage.
is there any way I can check the water leakage if it's not visible on bare eyes ?
