Hey guys I have 2 bikes (Modennas Kris 110) sitting in my house for 2 years without starting it up. I tried to start it up today but failed to do so. Any idea what happened and what should I do?

Yeah new Rebel looks good. But if finances are your concern, definitely hold the purchase. We don't know how long Recovery MCO will last.

You're not alone though. I may have to let go of my bike as well in favor of something smaller/downgrade back to scooter because of these uncertain times. But right now there is no 150cc scoot with ABS other than the Yamaha NVX which is a thief magnet. If the ADV150 is launched next year with ABS, I might go for that.

Saw the new rebel 500 selling at 33k. So tempted to buy but wouldn't be good for my.personal financials in these troubled covid times.

Anybody had experience with the previous rebel models? What's not to like about the bike, apart for it's not so powwow engine and mild top speed?

Rite now i can afford cb650r or rebel 500. But i dun plan to ride long distance.

I know its a diff segment bike.

So which one better? Im eyeing for cb650r, but dunno worth it or not juz for riding around town n going to work .

no reason actually, wanna buy better bike bcoz i guess its time for my age to hav a bigger bike 

got house, good job, happy family, nice car. feels sumthing missing which is a bigger bike   

fren racun to me to take cb650r, but i m more to cruiser easyrider type, which is y rebel 500 is another choice. vulcan s no more new one, if not thts also one of my choice. 

Iron 883 is on my list too actually, recond price i can afford.

Juz i dunno bout HD maintenance, reliability, n spare parts.

HD bikes mostly for long ride, 883 or 750 i guess is more suitable for short distance and town ride. Between those two, i prefer 883 looks 😅

Between MT-15 and MT-25, or more specifically, 150cc vs 250cc, which one is a better choice for commuting and weekend long distance riding?

My thinking is 150cc motorcycles will be cheaper to maintain and probably smaller/lighter in size. While 250cc will have more power to reach higher speed and less buzzing with the parallel twin.

Also, will 250cc (a) depreciates more and (b) easier to let go when compared to 150cc motorcycles? I'm planning to upgrade to 500-600cc range after 5-6 years of riding.

Do you think the selling price of 5 years old FZ150 and Z250 now is a good indication of future MT-15/25 resell value?

Anyone knows where to buy a carton of engine oil? My bike needs 3.2L per change, if I can get a 6-12 pack at a cheaper price, that would be great.

Today I had a saddening, I failed my motorcycle exam. I missed the ramp going up the Titi narrow bridge. 

The gap between my last lesson (last Tuesday) and exam (Friday) was too long. No motorcycle to practice at home. Last week, I requested a short practice session for yesterday but they said it is full already.

But, it is quite consistent. My first Titi of every lesson sure drop down from the bridge. The hand not yet used to the clutch and the body not yet used to the two wheel balance yet. But 2nd Titi attempt onwards is okay.

Now my next exam date is 20 Nov, and the day before the riding school grant me 2 hours practice a day before exam day...

I noticed on the clutch level, 1→5, which one is the one with a lot of free play?

I think i trained with level 5 for 3 lessons, and level 3 for 1 lesson before QTI. I remembered i can hold the lever out quite far and the clutch still partially slipped, but for level 3, I need to pull in further in and I still haven'tget used to it. I found the lever level knob quite late, so I didn't get to fiddle around with it.

Bad luck for me I guess. Need more training.

Looking at MT-15, but it seems that 2nd hand FZ150i is very enticing now.
