Check mileage lor. Take the lower one or one with maintenance record...or the one that has just recently done the belt change.

Seems they are holding value very well. I paid 8500 for my 2019 Dominar in 2021 with 3600km by the previous owner..it was a deal I couldnt turn down.

Heavy rain just now so din managed to go see. Hopefully tmr no more rain and can go check it out.

Very hype about it haha

At first I tried rainx plastic, not effective.
Then I tried this ipone.  Happy with it.

The whole bottle of rainx plastic is in my store room.  Don't know what to do with it.  So I just it on the headlamps, taillamps of my bike and cars.  Just for the sake of finishing it.

Nice, will go order one

whats ur furthest destination before?

QUOTE(xnobys @ Dec 16 2022, 11:17 AM)
Currently used for commuting about 120km to and fro.

Thinking of getting 250cc scooter. Easier to maneuver in the often cramped motorbike parking.
*
wow everyday 120km...must b darn tiring

Hello, just here to talk about my PCX for awhile cause got no one to talk about bike with lol.

So the past week I changed my stock tires to pirelli diablo rosso sport, changed my absorber to yss g-five sub tank absorber, and RFRS 1000rpm torque spring.

Overall very happy with all these parts, the tires very grippy and improved my confidence.

The absorber is a lot stiffer now and so much more comfortable cruising around now. No longer bouncy on uneven road.

The torque spring improved the acceleration by quite a bit, easily pickup and potong vehicles now. Also more comfortable cruising around coz no need turn and hold the throttle more to maintain higher speed. (Hands not so tiring)

Third times the charm, I passed my JPJ today.

Was so stressful coz I got badluk and gotten a motor that keep on dying whenever I stop even when i try to turn the throttle a bit.

Asked to change bike but the staff don't allowed, luckily the JPJ guy not so strict.

Congrats! Which part you feel like you did sub-par that the JPJ guy 'not so strict' was a factor in you passing? but tbh as long as you pass the titi, the rest can tutup mata abit.

Hey guys, is Keeway reliable?
Just sold my pcx150 and saw Keeway got a 250cc scooter at a reasonable price.
It's the Keeway sixties 250, I found out it's a popular model in China with a lot of parts and accessories available on taobao, but not really sure overall how reliable it is.
the one Keeway brought in is slightly older or lower spec model i think, in China its fully digital and keyless, in Malaysia its half digital half analog and still using key.

keeway is your typical china bike brand..
reliability is a hit or miss
if you really like that retro look then go for it but other than the look really dont think it has any advantage over modern scooter

ended up getting vario 160

hey guys, how is our malaysia motor brand Aveta?

any major concern or issues other than 2nd hand value?

i saw their 250cc scooter vanguard and the upcoming nova 250 (xmax copy), pricing seems to be very good at around 15k.

thinking of selling my vario 160 and upgrade to 250cc

if you want to retain value, aveta is not the brand.

you can see some of their bike 2nd hand like aveta ranger price dropped kawkaw.

reliability wise nobody can say. although nasir haris youtube did a long distance which seems reliable enough.
*
probably not gonna be selling for couple of years so 2nd hand value not really the issue for me

ya i saw the 20k endurance review, seems pretty good tbh

and their other model ranger also got review the teacher use it to travel on jungle road 1

both seems to have good reviews on reliability

hmm...mayb think another week and try find the aveta group

hi guys, planning to get a 250cc scooter but kinda hard to decide, currently riding vario 160

narrowed down to a few, xmax 250, lambretta x250, modenas dtx 250
xmax is the most expensive, followed by lambretta and then dtx

im not planning to ride on highway, just city ride

wanted honda cb350rs but need to go take B full, kinda leceh so give up on that

which of these 3 is more suitable for city ride, maybe just maybe once in a blue moon will take it for long distance

i know xmax is very reliable and quite comfort during my test ride

i really like the alpinestars halo jacket.
tried it before in gene advance IINM.

but really heavy.
i hate heavy jackets and tend not to wear them after buying haha.

this new t stunt air has the same config as halo, but cheaper and probably lighter.
can't wait to try it once it's available here.
*
Heavy 1 will be too hot to pakai for daily use.
I ended up going with the aeron cause inside full mesh so cooler
