Was deciding between battlefield V and Assassin’s creed.
Went for AC instead. Ubisoft > EA.

Though I’m not sure how much time I’ve to play AC.
I’m still playing dragon quest 11 and KH3 is slated to release in February.

I see. Battlefield V seems inferior to battlefield 1 judging the online reviews.

Have you try it at shop or with friend's and actually enjoy it? Get Slim version is adequate.
Party bundle is worth to buy during current sales now, with 2 bundled games and second controller, good way to start the hobby... but by all means, get the best setup you can buy if you willing/afford it though.

Btw, I'd warn you before jump ship that console gaming is very taxing on your free/past time, and since you mentioned you are new to this, there is an uncertainty whether you would pursue this hobby longer or end up just to turn it on a couple of times before collecting dust or trying to sell it off a week later with an overused reason "no time to play" (but also actually lost interest due to wrong choice of game), maybe?. Yup we've all seen this happened many times

Try go into Samsung TV settings. See HDMI port settings and turn on Ultra UHD. Put in HDMI 1 if still can’t

Odyssey? . Im suprised that i like it. After Origins where they change combat system to more RPG like i hated it. Played few hours only then i stop playing.

But Odyssey is nice. I try to get the hang of the combat system. Wasnt that bad tho i prefer the old AC one. They story with the mix of fantasy is good too.

I played on PC tho. My ps4 only for exclusive. I think u gonna like odyssey

Hi, can someone recommend me a budget monitor for ps4 slim? I'm gonna place it in a small room.

Guys, if I lost my PS4 physical copies, and then I buy the same region again from online copy, will it affect my save file? Can I still play with my save file so that I don't have to start over again.

Some games are incompatible, as far as I know during the PS3 days. My personal experience with PS4 is only for a single game, DQ11. I am not sure if the situation can be generalised to all games. My physical copy was defective, I returned it to the retailer, and bought digital via PSN. It continued where the save file was.

Battlefield V is actually fun to play, Battlefield 1 was pointless.

Yeap. I’ve not started though. Maybe will try it during new year.
Origins and syndicate was ok for me. Played till 50% and quit though.
Let’s see how odyssey fair.

Perhaps. (I’ve not played V and I don’t really like 1).
That said, I believe there will be more discount for V since it really did not sell well. I might get it at 75-80% discount.

Save file generally checks on 3 things
1. Save file belongs to the current account user.
2. Region is similar. (Though sometimes you can use other region save file, but things might go wonky)
3. Similar DLC between both games. If you’ve been playing previously with all the DLC. You’ll need to download the dlc again for it to work.
