I got error from psn, said please update wallet payment. Trying to buy the tekken deluxe.
Already tried 2 card, and also a PayPal. 3 of them failed. Usually no problem when buying games & dlc. Using mbb Btw.
I had the same issue as you before.
Messaged Playststion asia on FB about it.

Regarding your enquiry of failure of adding funds to the SEN account, please kindly try the procedures below:
1. Please ensure the Credit Card that you using must be issued in the same country which you registered your SEN account with.
2. Please ensure the billing details entered on Sony Entertainment Network account exactly match the details as your Credit Card, including the card holder's name, Address, expiry date and security code.
3. Please check with card issuer to confirm that they have not blocked any payments to their network account wallet.
4. The top up function will be temporarily closed if the times of attempt exceed security limit. Please wait for 7 working day until the account unlock then try again. Please stop trying to add fund with credit card during the time.
5. Please try to use prepaid card.
