Majority of Uitm medical fresh grad better then um nowadays la brother. UM medical has dropped so low in quality even iptas are better. No idea what happened, my experienced with them. But so far i would say UKM produce the best.

But it all depends on the individuals. Even those graduated from russia or indon sometimes perform much much better than RCSI. So no u cant really compare which university they come from.

No idea. I only know that pakcik was carried to the back away from regular pt to red/yellow zone.

I think that doctor just want to find more experience MO. I went there almost 11pm, very little doctor around, most are young but I do see old MO walking around at the back.

I'm happy that old pakcik get more senior input. After all, if don't know anything need to ask other people. That UiTM gurl probably a bit tired, who knows.

Eh no la bro. Both the doctor are Malay. I think both good but maybe in some area, UM are better.

UiTM med school still new. Just need a bit careful but they will improve with time.

Lots of people complain about UITM, just want to see if true or just hate. I got only 1 story to share as I don't have close coworler from uitm.

U cannot said all quality are same,
Yet their come from uitm, but the way he learn and creativity is depends on individual.

My company HR and i interview many many uitm grads before, unfortunately 8/10 or them cant even speak normal english during interview, hmm...ar...er... etc. But some could speak above average and command language in a proper way.

However, many that we met request directly blh cakap dalam bahasa? How could these graduated from Uni? Practice abit at home before interview, embarrass own and their school.

UiTM produces more than 15k students every year. Of course there will be plenty of bad apples.

My company hired 1 Uitm comp science degree holder. As a non native English speaker, his English is okay. However when it comes troubleshooting very technical problems which he is hired to perform, he will always ask how ah how ah without ownself doing some homework... Need everyone to spoon feed like crazy. Every step also want us to confirm can or not. Best of all, he is not a fresh grad. 30 years old chap.
I mean in uitm IT courses are promoting such spoon feed culture ??

I force to learn English from English-speaking Chinese. I think this is why UiTM cant speak English well as no exposure.

Btw, i dont know true or not but nationalism is very strong in uitm so they might want BM instead of speaking in English

If small clinic the DR name and qualification including university will be on the door or displayed some were to tell patients their Dr not fakes 😁

Uitm med students aren't that bad tbh, they are the runner up for the medic olympiad.

I've met a um grad in ortho posting who doesn't know where the olecranon is located, he asked med students to teach him knee exam as well lel

Btw, my reply for TS. My company hired a lot of graduate from uitm. Some of them are good, ada yg average only
