 Saujana vs Isola Subang, comparison

Wonder any owner or ppl stay at these 2 projects?

Would like to know some/feedback comment around ...

He is referring to saujana residency beside isola. Friend stays and is vested in another unit in saujana. What u wana know? Both are very good btw. Isola occupancy is picking up quickly.

But isola size much bigger right?

I have a friend that have a unit in saujana there...

She said its the best investment she ever made...

Both also have entrance at d busy road but isola nxt door to empire more convenient, saujana got to walk a bit. Sauajana nearer to subang parade n lrt n komuter stn

Wow thanks feedback !

In terms of location, i personally prefer on Saujana though just 5 mins walk away LOL but i m bit concern on

(i) Is the building & facilities well maintained given that has been > 5 yrs built
(ii) Also the block is just beside the lrt way, sound pollution seems cant be avoid?

Some of the big units r directly facing lrt. Those r gone case. The lrt is a bit noisier when it curves. Ktm is noisier.

saujana was launched in 2003/2004...but vp delayed (lion group...no high hope)......

personally I will avoid Saujana.....Am also not a keen user of KTM.

best bcos it was launched and vped way before 2010 lah.......

I bought a landed in subang instead of Saujana that time.....and I also could make over 100% IF I kept the landed til today.

Both have their strength.
Saujana maintenance psqf more lesser because JMB cash rich. Prasarana paid RM5m to acquire tennis court for Lrt.
Saujana more owner occupied compare to Isola and its just being recently painted. Isola more new.
My choice will be Saujana because just 30m to Parade, next to KTM, LRT n Empire. N i prefer staying in majority owner occupied property...
Certain unit in Saujana facing North (LRT n KTM) try avoid getting low floor unless it good deal

Friend who stayed there said jmb has tonnes of cash hence excellent maintenance of property. Isola u r buying into top10 developer property. Also heard many tenants in isola but very good tenants.

Isola - Some very atas local owners. I was also once in the lift with 2 Japanese tenants at different floors.
Seen some Korean and ang mohs around too.

Yes easy to get good tenants n expats. So many mncs nearby in shah alam n subang.

Guys if any of u looking to buy Saujana Subang subsale can pm me. Im not an agent.

Just that my fren who own a 2 room unit there is struggling and looking to sell off her apartment there.

Location undoubtly among the best around there as it sit just beside the new lrt and ktm station within walking distance also just a walk distance to subang parade and empire.

Inb4 u guys shoot unker why u dont buy if so good? Unker cant afford these level of prop yet. Thats all i can say biggrin.gif tongue.gif

Leasinng/rental enquiry is also welcome. Her unit is currently empty.

I will pm u her ctc no if interested.
