Saujana more owner occupied compare to Isola and its just being recently painted. Isola more new.
My choice will be Saujana because just 30m to Parade, next to KTM, LRT n Empire. N i prefer staying in majority owner occupied property...
Certain unit in Saujana facing North (LRT n KTM) try avoid getting low floor unless it good deal
