Both have their strength.
Saujana maintenance psqf more lesser because JMB cash rich. Prasarana paid RM5m to acquire tennis court for Lrt.
Saujana more owner occupied compare to Isola and its just being recently painted. Isola more new.
My choice will be Saujana because just 30m to Parade, next to KTM, LRT n Empire. N i prefer staying in majority owner occupied property...
Certain unit in Saujana facing North (LRT n KTM) try avoid getting low floor unless it good deal
