monthly 5% cashback is on 1st of EACH calendar month. it has nothing to do with your statement date.

of course can, from other bank's savings account. cannot use other cc to pay cc.

I look at my statement for this month and the retail interest rate is still at 8.8%. Is the new 15% rate only for new customers or for anyone who has defaulted?
