once installment 3k, it will reserved 3k from CL. balance 2k available to use.

after 1st installment, it will restore back 1/12*3k back to CL.

come 2nd installment, it will restore back another portion 1/12*3k back to CL.

How does Maybank EzyPay works? Do we need to purchase first then call maybank or the participating merchant will automatically apply for us during the purchase?

why not?

anything charged to amex is entitled 5%.

retail swipe meaning purchases/payments, not retail store.

Want to ask regarding installment topic, if the installment that I want to make is above my CL, what should I do? Is there such thing for temporary CL increase from Maybank?

i contacted CS re the same issue few months back. they will ask justification why you need temporary CL increase. they won't allow increase CL to do instalment for purchase. you can try your luck and call CS.

What is the solid reason required? If let's say I just want temporary increase 20% of my current CL also not possible?

depends on why you need temporary increase. for instalment purchase, they won't allow regardless how many %. for direct purchase, they allow. so do other type of payments i supposed.
