4x20 Body Row (With 2 chairs & a broomstick) Superset with Push ups 4x20
4x Planks (hold 1 min)

During this 1 month break from gym i'm was at my parents new weekend home in Perak doing landscape work and practically doing functional workout and now, i'm back!
Adjusted my workouts to end in just 1 hour, for now i'm just gonna focus on the big lifts
