depends on the service you've been getting.

i've had very good experience with etiqa; good emergency response, large coverage for panel workshops and fast claims. ymmv.

ultra racing (stage 1) + stiff ring + alza rim 15" + michelin 195/55/15 PS3 is a more balance combination

it is not about speeding improved.
it is about cornering more precise.
car feel more sticky to the ground.
car feel more rigid and steady and heavier too.
car accerelation/pick up will be slower due to heavy rim, heavier tyre, heavier ultra racing bar.
braking distance will increase also, because car heavier now ,momentum also increase.
fuel consumption drop.
mileage and speedometer is not accurate anymore.

Fuel consumption varies depending on how you drive, traffic conditions, the load you carry and the tyre pressures. Below are few things that you need to check.

1. How you calculate your average fuel? Using the dashboard meter? If yes then have you reset it every time after refueling? If no then your reading is not accurate. I suggest you use the app fuelly. You can download at app store or play store.

2. Do you ensure that your tyre pressure is at the recommended level which you can check at your driver side door. Low tire pressure means your car will consume more fuel.

3. Do you carry alot of unused stuff or do you carry alot off people? If yes the fuel consumption will be slightly higher due to larger load. If you drive alone you can get more milage.

4. Lastly fuel consumption will increase if you stuck in jam or the way you drive. If you can maintain the green leaf (eco light) turn in most of the time then you can have better mileage.

In order to answer your question I guess the user either enter the wrong info in the app or he/she is driving alot on the highway alone and carry less stuff. Driving style do effect the fuel consumption. See other fuel consumption and make your own judgement.

Mine: Bezza advance
Car Mileage : 6500km
Petrol : Ron95 Shell
FC : usually at 15-17km/l

*I reset each time I refuel my car to get the accurate FC, and when i go for long distance(100-300km) driving my FC will be around 19-22km/l

if you drive highway your ave FC will be different. Try to reset FC if driving long roads/highways and you should see 18-20 km/l.

The reason you're getting 13/L average is because it is the total trip including highways, small lorongs, jams etc.

getting 16-17.5km/l. based on average of use in the past 8mths @ 10000km.

60/40 highway city. driven relaxedly, not going over 120km/h, cruising at 100km/h.

yeah, which is exactly the reason not to ever reset your meter. (actually i dunno you can reset the FC) because all you want to do at the end is the average score of your FC, not the FC of each trip. The meter at your car will be the definite guide to your car FC, for me, not fuelly, which is totally depends on user input and create opportunities of user error. And it will shows how you use your car (like what said, passenger count, tyre pressure, driving style, etc)

That's why I see if everyone can share their own car FC which show on the meter to see what is the average score of bezza FC. To make the info more relevant, we can add this info.

Mine: Bezza Premiu-x
Car Mileage : 1500km
Petrol : Ron95 Brand
FC : 13km/l
Driving Condition : 85% city, 15% highway
