Permanently disable answer is NO. You have to turn off manually every time you start your car if you don't wish to use this function.

greeting, 1st time posting in this thread 

I got my Bezza 1.0 Gxtra about 1 week ago, SA pumped full tank for me, after 1 week drive, I'm gonna share a bit abt FC.

Conditions:
- RON95
- aircon level 1-2
- car load 1-3 persons including driver
- stock tires, suspensions, no add-ons
- pressure 250psi
- no hill climbing in particular

Based on ODO meter:
- Full highway (80-100) - 24km/l
- Full highway (110-120) - 20-21km/l
- town (no jam) - 16-17km/l*
- town (jam) - not tested
*moderate acceleration, 70% eco

Based on own calculation (one trip):
From the day I took car from SA (full tank) till yesterday,
- trip 437km (highway 250 ish km, the rest city drive, mixed speed in highway (90-130)
- pumped to full tank again in for 24.5l (RON95)
- so, 437/24.5 = 17.8km per litter (or  approx. RM0.12 per KM)

In conclusion:
- 1.0l engine does not consume more fuel than 1.3l, at least when moderate load
- the avg calculate is quite accurate
