Have the same issue.

Less than 1 year,
Mileage less than 10K,
Premium X 1.3

Car randomly cannot start, towed to SC, they reset computer, said no problem but could not find the issue.

Months down the line (IE: today)

Same issue again.

Perodua towing wants to charge Rm200 plus to tow to SC.

Whole family ended up walking back home.

This is the kind of quality we have lol
*
consider a consumer tribunal action towards perodua. need to stir fry it or else perodua will only keep on sidelining us

What a coincidence. Today my bezza cannot start again. Towed this morning. Waiting to see what the SC says.
*
cannot start again means it cant start previously, anything that sc said previously?

Been 2 weeks on the road.. odo at 7++km.. afc at 15km/l.. city drive with ecomode on.. next week abis pantang planing long distance balik kampong.. hope can get better than that..
*
auto? manual? the fc is very good for a new engine. i clocked 7k km and the afc still below 14km/l, never hit higher than that. most likely due to the traffic condition i believe.... stop and go & bumper to bumper traffic is a norm for the place where i'm driving.

Hi guys my friend told me to make a report to Perodua but first want to get your feedback. Can I know how much did you guys spend on service your car for this year???

My 2 year old bezza for this year serviced twice the bill came up to rm700++ combine. The people I talk too said it was freaking expensive...
*
nothing out of norm if you look at 30k + 40k km service schedule. it is almost there. you can get minimal service (just change oil and filter) outside though, just let go your warranty, as simple as that,

for A segment sedan, when you looking into totality and make your judgement purely by numbers. I think there's nothing much for us to pick from. It's either saga or bezza. To me, there's no single model of car that is so called perfect, there's only car that suits your needs.

Love it realiability ( not known yet ) , and fuel consumption , and space

Hate it whenever i reach highway , corner still ok but never with high speed.

Safety  doh.gif  , the car are kosong and lightweight.

so far there's no such car that able to fulfill what you want given the budget of 50k, what you prefers are also in my list, too bad, nothing is perfect.

agree with you. (persona owner)
hard time to choose between persona and bezza that time.
i can see Bezza only excel in FC and reliability.
there is one time i kena cucuk bezza at highway, but when the road a bit cornering, that bezza kena tinggal belakang.
but for everyday use, sometimes a bit regret didnt get bezza.
but we malaysian, what choice do we have within that budget.
*
love what you choose buddy. persona itself is a proper sedan with better safety (comapred to bezza). just the fc losing out a bit (what do you expect from a 1.6 cvt with 1200kg body compared to 1300cc 950kg 4AT?) or probably reliability. Try to ask the SC whether any update avaiable for your TCU (again, a good thing about proton is they have update to their TCU mapping to improve the drivability, in perodua, they won't do it or at least you need to korek the info from somewhere, ask them then they will only do it for you)
If you lap your persona on the highway on high speed and tossing it during cornering, then you will be glad that you buying it. brows.gif

the reason i buy bezza is because most of the time i was driving in the city with bumper to bumper traffic, where persona unable to stretch it's legs. nod.gif

Consider oklo my axia 57km mileage brake pad alone alrdy rm290 aircond normal service rm400 then change engine oil n filter n etc rm250 all ads up rm960 service at perodua service centre
*
i wasn't aware that axia brake pad is so expensive, it just a normal pad it seems, or they come with kits like with other stuffs that they change together other than the pads?
the aircond service is rm400, they take off the dashboard to clean the evaporator?

Brake pad that come with grease they say abetter one. Yes Aircond they need to take the evaporator just now i go sanden to chk my compressor the sanden staff told me anything pertaining to aircond shud be service by sanden looks like i kena con by perodua service centre
*
brake pad that come with grease? huh? if brake pad come with grease how can it brakes? i believe there's some kits along with it that have grease, right? or is it the caliper pin that you talking about?

QUOTE(Goodboy92 @ Oct 24 2018, 11:22 AM)
At warranty booklet written aircond are 5year , and should be need to service by those authorized retail.

Not sure . And don't like aircond service as the original fitting are gone , they might mess up with wiring as well.

The dashboard dissemble cost atleast already rm150

Brake pad are expensive >.< , can consider change outside since no warranty.
*
the most concerning part is..... the plastic clips might gone case during the disassembly and assembly process. not to mention potential squeeaking noise that follow up with it.

QUOTE(TAN WENG @ Oct 24 2018, 12:15 PM)
This morning  i went to sanden they told me my aircond tank chge by perodua servicecenter ia not original so my compressor warranty is void
*
aircond tank? got tank one meh? or you talking about the filter drier? if this si the case, you can talk to perodua sc regarding any warranty claims on ac parts, i believe you also keep your service record right, else they might taichi.

Attach below is the tank picture  i dont mine pay much but they giving me non ori stuff n voided warranty that only make me not happy  i went back to tat service  centre they chge back ori stuff
*
oh.... this is thingy that they put the filter drier. Axia is seperated from the condenser? Coz usually this container are usually one piece with the condenser, at least on myvi it is like this. i think you should log a formal complain to perodua customer service on such thing. imagine you service at sc and you got a non ori part. If sc is not trustable, who should we trust?

Service Ac..
That's what the SC people told me..
Actually, newer cars are like this.
From European and Japanese cars.
Gone are the days where just the glove compartment is taken out to service the internal blower and heat exchanger..
Sad tho, cos when they reinstall the dash cover, some rattle will usually ensue..
*
modularized assembly, increase productivity, reduce part count, reduce inventory management..... but not service friendly.
