Can you call CIMB CS to know the MCC of payment to PTPTN via PTPTN portal?

Guys, can i temporary increased my credit limit in my CIMB Cash Rebate Platinum credit card?? I wanna use it to purchase a laptop which is RM4599

DiGi online store for postpaid upfront payment only 0.2%

im in dilemma. dont know want to appl either cimb cash rebate or maybank ikhwan.
cannot apply both, max can have 2 Ccs only. lol
in terms of merchant and easy payment, 0% plan, i belive maybank win.

but cash rebate on weekend only while cimb everyday. help mee.

sometime not all online purchase got cash rebate.
last time i bought things from Gmarket (is like china taobao but is korea one), when bill come only i noticed it didnt have cashback. so i phone and email to question the. got 2 different person contact me, the first one is through phone, saying that Gmarket didnt update their dont know wat so cimb system cant detect is an online shop so they will refund me the cashback manually. they said i need to call to ask for cash back  everytime i purchase from this website.

the second person contact me through email, said he cant do anythings on it, no cash back mean no cash back...so i just email back to scold that person bad customer service.

may i know do I need to request for the golden lounge vouchers or it will automatically send to us for the CIMB Enrich Platinum MasterCard

No idea why the calculation of the latest cash back is not tally of my usage.

However, the rest of transactions are still not tally under 0.2% cash back

2% cash back for Mobile plan payment via SI, as far as I know, only applies to certain telco such as Digi, Celcom... not sure if the 'new' ones like XOX or Redone is entitled or not

I tried on mobile app also cannot see the info. Might be their system down.

hi what do you mean by 1% border charges fees, from my GRAB statement, all amount that been charged to my credit card is same as the grab receipt.

let say I took a ride for RM7, it charged my card RM7 too. unlike Uber, what's been charged to my card is different from what appears on my receipt. 1% extra charge appears on my cc statement for Uber. That's why I have stop using my credit card for UBER ride. I'm using my debit card only for Uber starting early this month.

If you look at grab transactions of that screenshot, it is written petaling jaya for grab, so no cross border fee. And grab was previously no cashback, means TS can update to eligible now.
You can search for that cross border transaction thread in this section you will know why. Yes, uber still have it but grab doesn't.

Might not want to be happy about grab and cross border charges yet...

I have about 12 grab transactions in the 2nd half of april (based on uob transaction). Based on transaction date, 13th april, it's grab sg. 14-28th april, it's grab petaling jaya.

28th i have a 3rd transaction, it was grab sg...
