im currently using my wife old s3 mini since both of my s3 gone dead already.
so believe me, this would be a huge upgrade for me even though it's only mid level chipset.

- does the 32gb / 3gb ram would get the same treatment as in the 4gb ram version in terms of firmware update?

- any big different in terms of usage between the 2 ram variant? im not heavy game user (maybe abit mobile legend), facebook for every 3 days. but heavy on browser (i read alot of translated chinese wuxia light novel)

- what is the different between redmi note 4 and note 4x?

- does the bigger screen than normal redmi 4 = higher battery consumption?

- any overheating issue with prolong use?

- any other major drawback?

saw 1 offer in lazada 32gb / 3gb ram with mi malaysia warraty for rm679. is that a good deal? and how to check warranty?

Finally got my phone.

For now, i din notice any problem. Tried waze and looks fine and working as usual. Whatsapp notification kinda slow to get.

Got 3 pin charger, and EIN sticker on the box. Did not check wether the serial number sticker on the backside match with the serial in phone setting. Yoo sleepy right now.

All in all. Really good upgrade from my 5 years old phone. Now i need to get myself accustomed with the 5.5 inch screen. Super weird to type.

Was using s3. After that both of my s3 broke down. Borrowed my wife old s3 mini. Now change to this. Really hard to type in bigger screen. Typo everywhere.

Any way to fully disable the fingerprint? If i dont use it, the fp still woke up the phone if i accidently touch eventho i only set normal swipe lockscreen.

My phone imei both on box , sticker on the back of phone is same with *#06# or in setting > status.

But the serial number on the box and sticker backside of phone dos not match eith the one in setting > status.

Anyone else same issue with me?

mi malaysia refer warranty using IMEI no or serial number? my IMEI got no problem on box or in phone. but if they use serial number as warranty indicator. my phone sure wont pass.
