There's extra ".0". Supposedly only x.x.x.x isn't it?

I'm sure this is a tampered rom. Official stable roms whether China or global have x.x.x.x suffix.
I tried check for updates but nothing came up.
Is there a way where I don't need to unlock the bootloader? I've done this before with Redmi 4 Prime but I'm not sure whether it'll work on RN4X.

But mine is 8.2.10.0.0 instead of 8.2.10.0.

Had bad experience during my time with Redmi 4 Prime. Tried to unlock officially, but stuck at authentication using Mi Unlock tool. Luckily was able to flash the rom without unlocking bootloader method.

Now need to study first how to flash twrp and be familiar with it. I'm extra careful(or paranoid ) when using non-official method.

Mini RN4 I would say. Prefer 5" which is why I went for it back then. But now water damaged already. Too excited to get in hot spring. Totally forgot the phone was in the pocket.

Nearly had my 29KAW RN4X(AP) for a refund/warranty. Glad I asked the shop first. Performed hardware test, both LEDs working fine. Only white LED is used for torch purpose on this phone it seems. My Redmi 4 prime uses both.

Video recording issue? Redmi Note 4 has this big too? Haven't record video yet with this phone. I have Redmi 4 Prime and this issue is still there even with latest update.

Care to elaborate more on recording issue? Is it in audio only recording? Haven't tried that feature yet.
