Alibaba/Aliexpress caters for business to business (b2b) while taobao caters business to consumer (b2c). All sites are owned by Alibaba Inc.

Alibaba provides service more for large scale business, while Aliexpress for small scale business. Typically on alibaba, minimum order could be 100 pieces or so. Aliexpress could even be 10 pieces.

Some suppliers on aliexpress do provide sale for only one item, but the price on aliexpress would usually be more expensive than taobao.

Alibaba/aliexpress have English websites. But taobao is 100% in Chinese.

This was under my consideration too but again the band frequency thingy is the thing I hate the most.
Most of Sierra AC790s come from Australia and gotta be careful with just B3+B3 instead of B3+B7 CA.

I discarded the idea and bought E5186 and E5786 which I did research on the variants before purchasing.

Digi 80 plan can get 4MB but Infinite150 just 60kb and no connection at all.

It depends on your luck, if the router is connected to a different cell with higher user density then you will get a lower throughput.

Not all the time. My B3 is strong but B7 is weak, so combined speed only moderate...

Well, should be OK and make sure you save a copy of the screenshot for dispute if anything happens.

That why that not a LTE-A modem can bring great speed to you if the circumference of the cell tower u using is under congested on Band 3 or band 7.
LTE is quite enought in this situation.
Band 3 may be strong but slower, Band 7 may be weaker but faster.
B3 + B7 may be balanced but refer to congest condition.

This is my conclusion after my testing on different area.
