Regarding Infinite 80 plan cannot load WeChat moment video. Finally received call from Digi and informed that already reset my network and ask to try again.

Unfortunately, still cannot.

Switch to Postpaid 80 ALL Day better. RM85 for 22GB

i80 is a legacy now. If i were you, i will keep it. At least it can become single pc broadband. I think if can transfer ownership, many willing to buy.

I'm using Aircard 320U currently, my "burung hantu" setup last time  biggrin.gif
Being unused since the burung kena tembak oledi
signal show very strong but the connection is unstable  hmm.gif

download speed can go up till 3mbps++ in IDM, but the speed keep putus after speeding doh.gif thus im not chasing higher speed, just more stable connection.
*
I had similar issue like you before.
My speed up & down and i found the reason. It is because the band 3 & band 7 LTE keep switching between.
I disable the band 3, and this issue totally gone for me.

My place is at the edge of LTE-A checking on E5786

B3/B7 mode gets me 10-12Mbps
B7 only gets 10Mbps.
B3 mode.....no need check. is shit.

So even if under LTE-A area, your mileage may vary..
*
You stay at super congested area. B3 is totally unusable. For normal condition, B3 just boost another 5–20m.

I have just got the SIM just now, speed was able to reach 30mbps first test, subsequent ones (within 30 minutes) only around 5-9mbps. Will Digi throttle speed? Anyone experienced the same?
*
There are many factors. Total users at the same time, different network B3/7, signal strength..
Digi is no control the speed, at least for my case.

This is the speed for H+ in kampung area... Way better than 4g at city

4g only give me less than 10Mbps...maybe too many user and no lte-a

[attachmentid=8775551]
*
When there is new network, every telco will reallocate the bandwitdh. Because you have no LTE yet, the 3G network still in old setting. Before LTE, some areas can reach 10-30m with 3G.

kalo tak gaming, this infinite 150 way better than unifi (if ur place got good coverage la lol).. with RM150 can get up to 60Mbps (for me) at home + can  tethering..  icon_idea.gif
*
Good coverage can have low ping too. Although not as good and stable as unifi, still better than streamyx.
My area ping 11ms with 4 bars signal.

I also hope for any possible solution but I already move it everywhere near my house... the speed is super not stable..
20% of the time 20mbps ->the best I get
50% of the time 5 to 7 mbps
30% of the time less than 1 mbps..

Problem is it is not stable even if it is at 5mbps..it will suddenly die off to 0.1mbps  bangwall.gif
I just want to have a stable internet connection for gaming and movie  cry.gif
*
Did you lock 4G only & single band?
How was the signal?
When was the time facing unstable? All the time or certain period?
Did you try any other devices?

I will advise you try to keep the plan. If that is digi network issue, try to report to digi and ask for a fix.
In the meantime, request to suspend your line. Don't just terminate it yet.

We may not able to register again any unlimited plan after July.

Me melaka, confirmed got 4g connection. Highest i tried is 25mbps, but this morning i try highest less thn 10, anyhow gonna register and buy a modem to try... which modem the best? TPlink mr200 or huawei e5180?
*
Should be no problem to use the phone. But remind that you will drop to 3G during calls. To use voLTE, you must have hardware and firmware compatible devices.

I use digi infinite for 3 weeks. So far very stable for me. Speed average 25m(15-40m) and ping at 11-45ms. Sorry to say, ping is even better than laneline for my case(streamyx). If i am willing to invest a LTE-A device, probably stable speed at 50m, but i found no reason to buy yet (too expensive & nothing to do with high speed).

For modem, please invest huawei.

Cannot. 1gb finished already.

P/s: just check with my speedtest app.

I used digi for phone and broadband.

2 seperate sim.

Phone - one plus 3 , 62 Mbps
Mifi - zte mf910, 36 Mbps

Is that max speed my mifi can go?
*
Yes, MF910 just LTE cat 4 device. So yes 36m is very good speed.
If you want stable 40m+ speed, invest a LTE-A devices.

that toolbox is only for E5186 or E5786 if not mistaken..

Not so sure. Never use a CPE device before. Too expensive for me.
And a little doubt on the performance of CPE before.

already tried download the toolbox but it can detect B310 but I don't think I does anything to my modem though.. Is there any way to check which band is stronger through PC?
*
Stronger signal doesn't mean better.
Most cases B7 weaker than B3 (because higher freq penetration is lower but speed better).
And most cases B7 speed is better than B3 (lower signal, phone usually won't choose this band, they auto choose B3 because higher signal, battery saver...) So B3 is usually more congested than B7.

But for best performance, you need turn off either 1 band, do speedtest at different time. So you may know which band is better for you.

QUOTE(xen14 @ May 3 2017, 09:48 AM)
Because of LTE-A.
I tried to tether using my ipad, too bad max I get is about 20to30mbps.
*
I am using XZ, speedtest best around 80m for digi. Maxis best at 180m with LTE-A.

If you're not sure how to use taobao can use agent like yeslogistics they'll handle shipping for you
*
Malaysia are usually selling B310s-22 model.
This model is cheaper, because it targets china market and 3G cannot use. Only LTE b3&7 work here.

There's 2 models.. one comes with rj11 port (I believe this is 22 series) and one does not have one
*
I think it i right. -22 support RJ11 while -610 is not.
