PBB manually rebate 5% cashback on Quantum Master for Lazada after a query was made thru email.

Did u get any acknowledgment email from PB regarding your online application?

I use my Quantum master for online purchase today.(1st time using the card as well).
Strange that it does not require OTP and the transaction was successful.A sms notification was received once the purchase done.

1) Is it normal if no OTP required?bank or the website problem?
2) Since no OTP,will it highly not counted as online transaction?

On the front page stated Spotify as 1 of the transaction entitled for online 5% CB. With 1.25% Oversea Conversion transaction fee, will the 5% cb included the 1.25% fee. With CIMB the standard charge iis RM22.40 + 1% oversea charge = RM22.62. Usually i believe my cashback for this transaction is RM1.13. (22.62x5%)

What about PB QUantum master? And does starbucks reload entitle for 5% CB online? Cause CIMB CB does
