What is the best way to apply Quantum cards?

Hi, did any of you here encountered something like this?

Transaction Date, Transaction Description, Amount (RM)
08 JUN, MEDAN SUPERMARKET MY, 39.95 (MCC 5411) << 1st floor
07 JUN, MEDAN DEPARTMENTAL STORE MY, 139.80 (MCC 5411) << 2nd floor
11 JUN, MEDAN DEPARTMENTAL STORE MY, 39.95 (MCC 5411) << 2nd floor

Purchases Amount, MegaBonus/Rebate, Additional MegaBonus/Rebate, Adjustment, Total Cash MegaBonus/Rebate
179.75, 8.99, 0.00, 0.00, 8.99

3 of them under MCC 5411 (Grocery), but received 2 Cash back. Is this normal?

I thought they are looking at MCC Code instead of the Name??

FYI, I use the above transaction using VISA QUANTUM

should tell which card u using.

double/triple confirm all using same MCC 5411? seems odd.

Updated: Call 1st to PB CS Name Ana, gave me the wrong info, call twice to PB CS again, then only gave correct info.

So, it should be as below:

MEDAN SUPERMARKET (5411) < 1 Transaction
MEDAN DEPARTMENTAL (5311) < 2 Transactions

Issued closed, kindly update.

yah saw it after I posted haha

I don't think departmental is using MCC 5411. if all using 5411, u wouldn't get any cb at all.

the last 2 departmental could be MCC 5311, which already eligible for 5% cb from visa quantum (rm8.99 cb)

If I apply pbb visa signature via ringgitplus, I will be entitled for the rm200 Lazada voucher. Will I be entitled to the 3in1 Valentino luggage bag as well?

For Quantum credit cards... when apply, can only apply either one right? Either Visa or Master only...

You can apply anytime you like. Quantum visa and master come together

I got email PBB CS before about this, both card come together.
I got ask them can i potong one of them , they say since is Free for life, keep it .
I got ask them what if i potong one of them , their reply macam robot still the same word , since is Free for life, keep it....
and both card sharing credit limit.


However, just got their sms last thursday noon, say that been approve, allow them at least 3 day above for postage.
I apply by email, so far took about 1 week.

attach ic ,epf, ea , 3 month salary slip .

If refer to supp card application, yup, you can option either visa or master
