not maxispay problem. it's your taobao problem, more specifically, 3 of your taobao transactions not eligible.

1) assuming all transactions eligible for 5%, you should get RM32.06 cashback.
2) however, you gotten cb RM25.47
3) RM32.06 minus RM25.47 = RM6.59 difference
4) RM6.59 cb translates to ~RM131.8x spending.
5) from RM131.8x, you would find that 3 taobao transactions totalled up to RM131.82 (RM57.98 @ 10 July + RM39.46 @ 11 July + RM34.38 @ 12 July)

3) shouldnt be any issue with monthly 6% cashback since it was reported eligible.

if u use ibg today, it'll be reflected next Monday.
if ibft, it'll be immediate.

very rare payment not thru. if it happen,it can be traced but takes time.

study the ibg transfer schedule. learn when is the best day/time to transfer.
