no other ways. even GE itself doesnt have its own online portal. they only accept cc for autodebit, but not manual payment.

for 3rd party payment portals, havent encountered any.

the GE e-connect portal has no payment function. just check policy status, coverage, tax invoice, etc.

just email to PBB politely to investigate and credit back any missed cb. remember to count yourself as well, so that you know exactly how much you're supposed to get (versus amount calculated by PBB manually).

bingo. it has been Lazada's issue all along. PBB has been kind and courteous to credit back the missed cb due to Lazada. This has happened to Shopee transactions in May as well.

this is assuming u (try) to spend within categories but unable to tell which is which. if u whack everything with the card, you'll be having hard time finding out

not many banks/cards that tell each transaction eligible for cb or not. the usual ones I see is hlb wise and Mach statements.

as explained by user before, your Lazada trx are the issue.

contact PBB via email and explain that your Lazada transactions didnt get any cashback.

they will further investigate and call you back. read previous pages here whereby other users are doing the same as well.

1) the card doesnt detect CNP itself. it's where the payment processor (by merchant) will "inform" your card bank. besides the generic merchant name and amount, each transaction carries a lot of information that is associated to it. we dont see it, but your card bank receives it. info such as MCC, CNP tagging, etc etc are hidden from public but is logged in the system.

2) generally, yes; unless for some odd reasons it's not configured (properly & correctly) as Online trx such as the infamous "Lazada" nowadays
