Talk nicely to me, i v easy kecian, no big issue = close 1 eye.

I had my milo order cancelled too despite already receiving them. I wouldn't worry too much about it though. The deal is done and over, its just a system error. One that lazada should address or otherwise ignore. They can't simply make buyer pay la. They have no authority to do such a thing.

Hopefully this is a gift from Lazada.You are not obligated to pay twice for an item.

I did receive my milo, but there is nothing stating that I also receive a refund. ITs just the system in lazada shows that my order is CLOSED. The correct response should be DELIVERED. The only way to confirm if they refund me is in my CC statement which only will arrive in 2 weeks time.

if they initiated a refund, you should get an email similar to the order confirmation email...

I suppose if u didnt.. means they just closed off.. maybe?

I doubt its a refund.
But my point is if the system made an error in the payment/order, its not the buyer's concern to refund seller. It should be lazada responsibility to ensure they refund the correct party and not burden the buyer to personally deal with buyer.
