There is nothing else they would want from you. Even the cheaper streamyx is for selected areas while loyal customers like us have to pay full price. Greedy monopoly bastards.

Are you dealer? Can answer us those questions? Is it can optional the voice call?
*
The voice call is optional however TM still haven't gave us a clear answer yet. So we put it on hold and wait until TM to makes things clear first. But what I know is that this UniFi Lite is actually for SUBB areas only. You have to visit the nearest TM point to check whether your house is available for UniFi Lite.

So for Unifi Lite @rm129 it comes with free call to fixed TM lines. The optional rm20 voice call is 600minutes of non-fixedTMline calls?

The question is right now is why TM still does not update their website for UniFi Lite coverage and package ? Until today,it only have the normal HSBB UniFi Coverage check and Advance and Pro plan.Come on,they said 15 April 2017 is the release date and till today no news on the website. No wonder TM Point does not believe us.

I just made a complaint to the MCMC by asking TM when they want to do the infrastructure upgrade around my area to support the VDSL2 card at the roadside cabinet. Let's see how it goes....
From what I see now, I will stuck at 8Mbps forever...... dry.gif

Attached Image
This the cabinet where I was connected, at the front of my residential area. Max 8Mbps.

Attached Image Attached Image
New cabinet with VC code that supposed to be "Unifi Lite-Able". The distance between my residential area with these two cabinets just around 1-2KM each other.

Good luck man but I suspect later they will reply you saying that your place has low demands and ask you to fill in the demand list at the nearest TM Point or maybe they will give u an essay saying that TM will always improve
their infrastructure and looking forward for you to support them bla bla bla.Typical reply from TM when it comes for MCMC complaint.

RM129 doesn't come with free calls to TM fixed line. But again, TM haven't confirmed anything yet so they can change any thing they want since TM also cannot answer or confirm anything I asked.

Check from CS TM also no coverage..as i suspect this unifi lite only for fibre coverage area

Lagi sekali kena game sama TM

And lagi sekali kena trail behind sama indon n thailand fibre internet
*
It depends on the area actually. It's available in both HSBB (Fibre) and SUBB (Copper) area but it depends of the infrastructure. If your place have normal HSBB cable,TM will push you to subscribe 30Mbps and above. If you live in a SUBB area,You can subscribe it.Again, depends on the port your connected to.For now, only VC and VB cabinets support UniFi Lite for SUBB area.
