my tm agent say need to thumbprint, its real? any 1 thumbprint before?

Yes, need fingerprint for application now, tm has already implemented this system few years ago. But i can sometime still see application without fingerprint, not sure how they do/bypass it. |

TM has implement biometric aka thumprint few months back.
All the while use forms but started few months back now everyone need thumbprint. Online registration dont need thumbprint but need pay upfront RM100 within 10 days upon service successfully activated. Upfront will reflected in the 1st bill. For those who did walk-in and did thumbprint, dont have to pay RM100 |
