depends on ur phone processor.if use mediatek, can use mediatek engineering app. if snapdragon then u r out of luck

Install network signal guru on a rooted phone and you could left only 1800MHz on so that you're always on band 3, Works on any phone.

can modify & lock to specific band if using huawei e5786 mifi
