At this moment I can only detect minor defects such as waivy paint, finishing around the tiles edge at kitchen and few small stuff. Still not yet doing the waterproof test myself eventhough EM staff said they already did the test for us.

2 EM staff will accompany you to see and check the house. Can straight away check for the defect. They executed the process quite good.

Btw, infront and outside of each house there will be a lamp post (waist height). Not sure how bright it is during night. Maybe thats why they only install the tall lamp post on just one side. Sorry i did not take photo of the lamp.

Overall I am happy with the house at this moment. Good finishing and nice landscape.

Ya, not quite agree with the rfid install at the car lights. Takut orang kopek and curi. And it takes around 3 days for them to active the rfid.

Btw,

Wah, passive RFID stickers, changgih. Why stick it on the headlight but not behind a front bumper hidden from view? RFID doesn't use line of sight and bumper isn't metal.
RFID tag prices has gone down nowadays and should allow to provision more. However, one still require a backup capability of card base just in case the owner pinjam some Cat's Tesla for a week and faced with troublesome registration to get in. Just need to pinjam the access card as well.

Not sure if its true...the EW SA told me many 1A buyers are not selling off currently on the secondary market as the comments given is that the landscaping is very impressive.....

Ah! That's great to hear on the owner's satisfaction over the quality! rclxms.gif hope this positive observation can persist for other units as well. thumbup.gif

To be honest, I have quite good confidence on the workmanship from the very beginning though some are sceptical about it. I didn't voice out openly here about my confidence about the quality as it's not really tested yet and why "invite troubles" if things turn out terrible? tongue.gif That's on the hindsight anyway. As opposed to the workmanship, I indeed at the have lowered down my expectation on the landscaping part (to a more realistic level yet still quite high expectation) as I think that's quite a tall order to achieve and to maintain If everything shown in marketing material is materialised.

If you check from the property website (iProperty, Property Guru etc), actually not really many listings (though arguable on what defines "many"). Based on my friend's compilation as of early March 2017, for Cradleton there were 22 listings on iProperty, 1 on Mudah and 9 on PropertyGuru - and some are like repeat postings. Not sure the numbers now after 1 month pass.

I prefer a movable one on the windscreen biggrin.gif provided it doesn't affect (much) the signal reception.
