It's part of the reason why I initiated the gate issue at the first place. I notice that there are a lot of people agrees that the design will spoil the uniformity but like I said, I hope to gather more people so that we can talk to them. A lady from EW told me that some purchaser said that they agree that the changes are minimal and will not affect the uniformity of the precinct. From the response from these 2 days, I notice more people agree that it will affect the uniformity than otherwise.

I think it's not to late for them to withdraw the alternative design for now, if more people willing participate the discussion with EW. As I might share different point of view and I do not represent the entire precinct as a whole, I hope that the purchaser from Cradleton will contact me so that I can arrange for a meet up session (if they allow us to do so) to discuss about this matter. As the AGM or the community rule briefing might not be schedule at the soonest possible time, we are running out of time as there are purchasers who have started the renovation. I do not know if there are any approval for the gate already, but I think we can still make the changes if there aren't any people submit the gate for approval.

We cannot be constantly waiting for them to read our comment in LYN, hoping that they will make changes for us when they read our post I think we should make proactive move than to wait for nothing and having a mindset that nothing can be done. Please feel free to PM if you're interested to join. My purpose of the meeting is to convince them to ask for a majority vote if changing a gate affects the uniformity of the precinct or otherwise. As many might not be actively involved in this forum, kindly spread the words around so that we can have a discussion on this matter.

If EM purchased in bulk, the price shouldn't be too high. As v r talking abt same design in bulk(with merrydale also).I not too sure about the cost, but there's definitely some cost need to be incurred for sure... It's the matter of does it worth / how willing for EM to invest into this kinda "learning" experience... since  this ecogate issue have been brought up long time back already...
If they do... sure that owner praised high for the willingness for EM to rectify the issue & that word of mouth effect is something u can't imagine... perhaps tht cost can be draw down frm marketing expense, I wish.... 😃
