Depends on what power you are using..

If you don't want the long tube fluoroscent light, can use the high power CFL light bulbs as well, very bright..

But design is very boring loh.. devil.gif

Agree... Not to say must be shopping complex, but some amenities that essential for all residents, not only launching, launching and launching...

Currently on the site only can see some progress on the majestic park though, sports complex still no sign of it... sweat.gif sweat.gif

I think EcoSactuary is trying to respond to the Gamuda mall in 257... EcoMajestic however respond nothing to the Ecohill Walk introduced by SEH...

I think the main question now is how come EW don't worry ES will be a ghost town and still announce the mall construction which targeted to be opened in 2018? They don't worry there will be a ghost mall for a ghost town, although ES not a single phase vped yet?

It always a chicken and egg story, either residents attract commercial or commercial attract residents.. Important fact is with a property of 600k pricetag, I believe majority of the purchasers who bought it for own stay shall be treating this unit as an upgrade rather the first house.

I don't think many owners who bought it as upgrade will move into a house without proper amenities.

Not to say EM must build a mall now, but please at least build some amenities that beneficial to all residents that can use it frequently.

If want to build a sports complex, announce the plan to the public and tell the facilities available as well as timeline for completion.

If want to build a SRJK, announce to the public about the plan and push for the completion. After the building is up, I believe many SRJK shall approach EM for relocation if it is equipped with good facilities.

If want to build a hospital / college, set a timeline and approach various parties timely.

Yes, all these amenities need EM to pour in money and shall have less bargain power. But these are the amenities residents need in order to consider to move in and not flower/LED show or a nice park which resident only spend a couple of hours during weekend.. Don't just tell "will" build it, set a timeline and reveal the plan, is that very hard to do?

Problem now is EW only aggressive on launching and spending huge amount of money for branding, amenities wise slow.. bangwall.gif

Now most of the EW landbanks already have first phase launch (most earning money launching), subsequent phase will be tougher. If without any proper "successful role model" on the previous launch product, sale even will be more tougher.

Without Setia Alam / Setia Ecopark as the previous "success model" for reference, I don't think EW can achieve the status as at today. How long EW still wants to live behind the shadow of Setia Alam? sweat.gif sweat.gif

2. There are no plug points on the sink side of the kitchen.
3. No wiring or plug point allocated for hood...mostly likely need to tap from one of the 4 plug points but not sure how to hide wiring other than needing to hack the wall.
4. Compressor location for master room and living - was suggested roof (master) and car porch RC roof (living). Was thinking of placing the compressor at the from balcony for master room but long piping required, drainage probably to the toilet.
5. To grill or not to grill the whole house. Mandatory grill area is the GF room terrace facing the rear and maybe the 1F toilets + access windows to roof. Thinking of security film for the rest of the house (normal windows + sliding door + balcony door)

Thanks for sharing. Your unit is end lot/corner unit or 1C got sliding door? My unit don't have any sliding door though..

May I know which wall have wavy wall paint, so far I do not notice on my unit, might need to double check.

How is wood floor floating/popping? Touch wood, my unit so far so good, how you test it?

Skirting so far from bare eyes are okay, do you run any testing?

Where is the wood railing? So there is a rear sliding door for 1C? For 1A only have a gate at the yard area only.

I think for master bedroom is those anti-slip one..

It is the normal mild steel gate supplied for housing projects.. Can't expect the same feature with high quality gate ler...

Might need to do painting every year if wants to avoid rusting.. Actually from my perception not that critical though..

Workmanship for my cradleton unit is fairly good so far, of course there are some minor defects that need to be rectified..

The wavy paint can be noticed from the bare eyes, or you are using any tool such as level ruler to measure it?

Ah, thanks for reminding, it seems like I didn't check the handrail properly yet, need to do it soon.

When you have time, you can always go back to your unit and check in more proper manner. I think as long as renovation is not yet started, EM is committed to rectify all the defects found.
