2 things - the bigger one is the acquisition of I&P by SPS, the business as usual thing is the acquisition of the land in Bangi Estate.

The bigger one probably not over yet - once Sime Darby completed its corporate restructuring exercise, it may merge with this SPS-I&P to form a mega developer.

The biz as usual part - Bangi-Kajang-Semenyih is expected to be more Ong and Huat
