It will be a lot of hassle for us to do the hacking for installing the pipes... haiz...

Kitchen - my friend said based on his experience it is easier to clean the oily stuff using the hot water. But I agree bath room is more important.

If no major issues with the house, I believe that some will complete the reno and ready to move in before the CNY 2018 as timing wise it is not too rush for that. And hope that by that time there will be some biz activities in Ivoris and Brighton already while pending the Majestic Lab to be up. I guess the Majestic Lab also serve another main purpose ie to bring more crowd to Majestic City which will be the next major focus of EM in years to come. Having said that I hope EM will take care of the interests of the buyers of Brighton which sit at the other side of the EM.

Oh the idea is not using the water heater at each room anymore. Turn the tap on then the hot water comes out but of course need to install either the solar panel or "gas tank" to heat up the water.
