Actually what so difficult just to build a staircase near to Cradleton guard house, problem solved... 

They said that's a public lake, doesn't want encourage public to use the access near our residential entrance.

They built the staircase at the middle (further away from entrance) is to avoid the public disturb the residents.

I think if that's the reason, open a hole are even risky and harder to manage. Not sure what's the solution they're having I mind.

My top top priority is the garden lights at backlane now, I lodge request until the staffs also scare of me said will bring to management meeting le. Hope everyone support support to make it happen together.

Even those already collected key, can still whatapps your handler to raise the request.

I believe this will create a security loophole... Unless, EW willing to give a free card access door and maintain it separately. And please put a CCTV at the access point as well.

Problem is why need to do so much hassle instead of putting a staircase near to guard house, which can serve the same purpose?   

To acknowledge the prestige status of the Tenderfield resident, should provide a Gondola service for Tenderfiend residents to reach the swan lake. At the same time, can listen to Jason taikor sing a lum song to them...     

I think if jason taikor want to hold a concert to sing lum song in EM, sure 爆棚 as like lee hom, impact way greater than apa flower show or led show...     

Actually since owner hv the door access card...why cant just open a small door access? Shouldnt b hard rite.... for cradleton, the precint is quite long ... from entrance all the way till the EM office, n the swan lake r just opposite, can see cannot go.. if to go to cradleton lake...its gonna make big round to reach the front gate then further distance to reach the staircase...the moment reach the lake, half tired d.... then walk back hse.... :'( & end up nvr enjoy the lake.....

Same as tenderfield, the gate to the swan lake also need to make big turn..moment u reach the lake...already half tired.. just imagine when u walk with ur baby/kids.... when thy reach the lake..papa/mommy i want to go bck home...:'(

I think if the the owner have many units in different precinct, I think EM might be consider to give him special pass. 

Put the joke aside, how the EM going to deal/differentiate the motorcycle, bicycle and walk in residents, that will be a challenge..

In apartment normally I saw access cards are used for both vehicle lane and pedestrian lane though..

Hi all, I'm just another happy buyer .. got my keys ! Well have some small issues like paint , uneven surface, tile filing gap  and some rust tap. Overall quite good workmanship. 
I like the way they proved lighting point it's all powered up ..  to ensure all in order.

My view , its a wise decision to purchase it.

Sounds really exciting...would be good if they start marketing with visuals and renderings to public to showcase what's to come - dat shd spur more interest and growth 😀
