I think the days of the big malls are over. We just don't have the population to sustain them, and even if the mall is successful, it won't last 3-5 years before competition comes along - so the risk are higher for developers ROI. I'll be content if we have a decent supermarket for daily/weekly needs. Faber Towers redevelopment is a good example ~10 restaurants/cafe and d'market (something like Cold Storage). I only go to mid valley every two weeks if there is a good movie and non grocery shopping.

Current 2 SRJK in Semenyih already old schools and cannot accommodate too many students. Expansion also restricted due to land size.. We want a brand new and well-equipped SRJK in EM that is beneficial to all residents in Semenyih/Beranang ler..

We don't need so many malls in Semenyih ler.. Wait till Ecohill Walk + Ecohill Taipan fully developed, ong and huat already then only consider another new big mall ler.. Semenyih still got so many lands, don't need to rush so many malls within short period of time.

Nowadays everywhere in KL you're going. The last thing you don't found is a mall.

I just saw the site progress photos for Apr of Merrydale and noticed the photos for 8B are exactly the same as Mar ones. Anyone noticed too?

Sampkps said he asked during LED show, same answer he got I think.

One tree in front of each house, no skip they said.
When you ask why photos and video skip tree, they said WIP.

I see... thought that was during the Q&A. If want to be on the safe side, just ask again. It should be quite certain at this stage.

I see it a bit differently. After VP, buyers engagement with the developer shall still continue and to a certain extent should be even closer as the buyers have given their trusts and patiently wait for the final products, After deliver doesn't mean it's end of their job but instead shall rectify and improve based on the reasonable expectation of buyers.

I hope so.

Ah that's simple to resolve!!! Still continue to plant the trees but this time round plant the expensive ones to differentiate from others and if still worry about confusion then add more things / plants loh until they know how to recognize
