My Persona have been using Yokohama A-Drive R1 for 5 months @ almost 10,000 km. On dry road, as I hope so. But on wet, too much aquaplaning. When hit a very shallow puddle also can aquaplaning. Even NCT5 that I use before this was better on wet. Reviews from internet haven't state that this tyre that bad on wet.

What's wrong? Tyre pressure?? Usually pump 33 psi at the front & 31 psi at the back. The tyre not 'mature' yet? I guess 9,000 km good enough.. or I'm wrong??

stereo-typically, yokohama aren't that good on wet.
furthermore a drive r1 (lol that R marketing) is the most lowest end of their tire range. albeit more sporty/performing than the non r1 a drive.

if you want better wet grip from yokohama, try their c drive 2, or latest AE50 bluearth A tires which is replacing their c drive 2 series.
alternatively if you don't require comfort/nvh, can get their performing s drive, or even the advan series (seen those ah beng stick advan stickers big big on the windscreen? lol).

alternatively, from other brands there's goodyear eagle f1 series, directional 5 or asymmetric 2 (need 17" above), or michelin PS3 (among the best jack of all trades tire hence the hype around LYN lol)/ or P3 ST for more comfort/nvh.
