oh really? could not find reviews for cc6 user yet, most are cc5  biggrin.gif  so cc6 is a better tire than its predecessor?  rclxms.gif

Silverstone M3 is quite loud. Plus the not so good nvh in Iriz, it is worse lol

I'm not a very heavy foot driver so i think M3 perform well during wet road in slow speed (60-80 kmh)but as you said, CC6 should be better in any way from M3, then it is ok.

Any idea what would be the price?
*
Yeah the CC6 should be better.

I had been aquaplaned multiple times on the Synergy M3 before, that tyre quite scary woo. rclxub.gif

I was quoted around RM180 per donut for 195/55/r15 at Hock Li jalan kapar, besides kedai papan.

Hi guys, need your opinion on something.
Planning on changing current 175/65r14 lousy silverstone m3 to 195/55r15 tyre.

I already found my desired rim, but now come the tyres.

I was first interested in either RE003 or V12 evo2. But after much looking around several tyre shops, found this one Maxxis victra i-pro which is cheaper than those two.

Looking at the specs, seems not bad with 240 AA A.

Thread pattern also kinda pretty, heheh.

If anyone got any experience with the maxxis tyre hope can share.
I confius edi which one to get, huhu.

go with 185/55x15 , never wrong.

Any recommendations for 195/55/r15(Proton Iriz) tyres below rm200 each that provides good comfort, good grip dry/wet and noise reduction?
Some friends recommend:

1. Falken ZIEX ZE914 EcoRun
2. Hankook V12 evo2
3. Goodyear Eagle F1 D5
4. Continental CC6
Which is better or any better recommendations?

Thanks.

Price different is RM40, Michelin made in Thailand and Toyo from Malaysia.

No.2 and 3 only, which ever is cheaper (I suspect no.2 is cheaper). No.3 is an excellent tire but slightly more noise and can have chipping if driven aggressively (similar to PS3).
No.1 & 4 are way below, not worth if if have to pay similar prices as no.2 & 3.

Thanks bro. What u mean "No.1 & 4 are way below"? Is it mean they are lower grade than other two?
cc6 I can get around RM150 exclusive GST. Other still don't know what price yet.

been using Bridgestone Turanza ER33 for size 195/50/16 come with stock Sienta..
havent test when heavy raining, so far dry is average.. its not that noisy yet not silent too, but that depend on road surface too..
just clock around 3000km, havent notice reduce in tyre thickness..
