its a comfort tire. it holds quite well on dry, not so much on wet. you cant expect to have everything

How about v12?is it wil be very noisy?and how about d grip?

I'm using v12. Quite good tyre. Got grip in dry and wet. But im no race boy so I never really try at gila2 speed. Already 2 years the thread still alot. smile.gif

it's a directional thread pattern tire, so it will be more noisy

v12 is overall good. use it on touge and sum track racing.

not bad tire though, however, try to learn its limit.

after 50% it wont b that perform like what it used to b....

c drive 2 is much much silent than v12, generally tires with large shoulder block & directional thread pattern will produce more noise than tires with small thread & assymetry thread pattern

will CC5 thread wear faster than yokoA , coz i saw the thread depth is not deep as A drive...? thx

i personally think it is ok. driving 160+km/h on proton iswara, 170-180km/h on nissan sentra, no prob. corner whacking max around 100-130km/h, no prob also

it will be hard downgrading from re001 to something like c drive 2 or v12, if i were u, i will pick c drive2, atleast i know it's excell in something(silent tyre), v12 have crack sidewall issue, never had any issues with my hankook, but since a lot of people complain about it, might as well be on the safe side

RE001 grip is superb especially dry road..but the road noise very noisy lo..how about falken ze912?

anybody use the silverstone atlantis tyre?a lot of tyre shop keep promote tis tyre..they mentioned the grip is even better than v12 and c drive 2
