If the economy and business not able to ramp up fast by first quarter next year then property will dampen till 2022. |

I only roughly remember for Tower GC1 level 24 onwards type B SPA price is about 900k to 930k before rebates and discounts. Each floor is 2k difference so lower floors could be 800ish k. |
