Hi Guys,
Latest info, the GEMS Residences Phase 2 will be handover earlier at Q2 2024 instead of Q4 2024. If anyone is interested for the build and sell project, may consider GEMS Residences. Kindly text me for the latest promotion package which will ended 30th Oct'23. Thanks |

Nice to see such a refreshing approach, with a wellness concept as the key selling point. If one is working at the southern part of Klang Valley and is looking at high rise residential, this is definitely one to consider.
