Anyone got 100% loan for Kuchaimas or any Rumawip? When should we expect to get the 10% refund that we paid earlier?

Can pinpoint which one is rumahwip and which one is hermington. Seems like both is building on the same foundation.

How can house owner if home is build with standard quality? I saw what happen to Henge Kepong. It’s disaster...

Complaint to fix it.
Not every of their projects ended up like this. Their workmanship is surprising "okay/good" (not great) compared to those branded/awarded developer such as M, and O.

Looking at the defect from fb, that is too late.
So there is no way to prevent or enhance the inspection?

I got my rumawip 100% loan. First home buyer. But DBKL approval yet to obtain.. So not yet sign snp
