Any chance any body know whos the architect for this project?
Actually quite keen to purchase on this property but left only limited unit for low level. If theres anyone who booked and wanted to let go. Please do inform me |

Not too sure if you guys know about The true story of Highland Tower in Ampang. Read about it recently. Looking at the " leg of Hermington, as far as i know the car park is all the way to the ground but the unpleasant exposed columns do make me think is it stable? It reminds me of Highland Tower. Would like to know what you guys think about it

As long as the core and structure of the building all on flat soil. Its OK but just very unpleasant to see the drive way supporting by pillars. I was looking closely. The cp below is all the way down to ground. Really main concern is the unexpected rain. Cause these days kan hujan lebat for no reason. Anyone here have purchased the unit? |
