Does anyone know if there is another entry to the condo besides accessing the highway. Do we need to pay everytime we exit onto the highway or there's alternative route?

My application just got approved by DBKL. Haven’t gone for ballot yet though. I have a question: I was told that there is a 30-day period to apply for loan, and if we failed to get any loan application approved within these 30 days, we need to notify them with rejection letters or otherwise our deposit will be forfeited. Does this 30-day period begin after we did the ballot or after our application gets approved by DBKL? I’m going overseas for 3 weeks starting this saturday so i really don’t have much time, unless I do it in January

Ask you agent to write letter to developer for extension.
