Went there kepoh only, Price wise and location really attractive but AK too much project on hands doubt either they able to handle so much confused.gif . Anyhow this project leased hold might as well add "a little bit more" for citizen 2 hmm.gif

Oh one more thing, these comes with 5% rebates as well too.

citizen 2 for the addition more pricing... can only get a 2 rooms unit... 3 rooms unit is going to be at least 517k onwards... this project at the pricing and comes with 3 rooms right?

this project all same size 950sqft. yeah correct citizen 2 same price around additional 20k(bare unit) get 2+2 725sqft only but freehold. one more hidden cost citizen 2 maintenance fees 0.36psf

haha in the end just depent how much loan you comfortable at. location wise both around the same just citizen can walking distance to ktm lor.

Take loan with Affin Bank. They got special insurance package able to protect buyer if the project is abandon eventually.
